BEET ROOT AND FETA DIP


Exactly what we need during this crazy period. I am totally in love with this gorgeous pink dip.

Comforting, easy to make and so healthy! What else do you need?


Ingredients

  • 300gr cooked beet root

  • 250 gr feta cheese

  • 1 garlic clove

  • salt/pepper

  • 1 lemon juice and zest

  • 1/2 teaspoon sumac

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

Blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth texture. Adjust salt and pepper.

To serve add some lemon’s zest and coriander leaves. A perfect match with our 5 seed crackers. Add in pasta or create your own tartine. Express your creativity !
