Comforting, easy to make and so healthy! What else do you need?
300gr cooked beet root
250 gr feta cheese
1 garlic clove
1 lemon juice and zest
1/2 teaspoon sumac
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
Blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth texture. Adjust salt and pepper.
To serve add some lemon’s zest and coriander leaves. A perfect match with our 5 seed crackers. Add in pasta or create your own tartine. Express your creativity !
